Amy's stats

I've had such a hard time even losing a lb after Tennyson. I'm the oldest one doing this, so you youngins have an advantage 😉 im the biggest I've ever been, and it sucks. I can't wait to hear how good everyone starts to feel as we all lose weight (and we will!!!) so glad everyone's on board and we will be accountable to everyone. We are all in this together.:) thanks Mel for setting this up. I'm stuck at 155, but my wt after tavin I got back down to 130 which is where I feel great at, and want to get back to. That makes it 25 lbs for me, but I'd be happy at 140.  And aunt Rachel just started an IG with friends with healthy recipes. Just checked them out and so far they are great, quick ideas. And you CAN eat healthy on a budget. No excuses!;) may the odds be in your favor. -besos😘

  1. Hey! I'm not much younger! ;) I am so excited to feel better too. I know that I will. I subscribed to that IG account and am going to try to make some of those. I really liked the popcorn one. While I'm at home studying all day I tend to get the munchies.

  3. I know mel, but like valeri and Heidi, they've got youth on their side:) it's way easier to lose in your 20's. i'm 35 tomorrow::/ that's creeped up on me too. Heidi, that's a lot for me, and I've had all sorts of body issues (and self-esteem lol) since I've been this big. even my fat clothes don't fit. Just what Liz said, your height has a lot to do with weight, and i'm only 5'5. at this point I don't even care about weight, but my body percent of fat, and how I feel. Women get too caught up on weight, but there's a lot more to being 'fit' and 'healthy' than weight, so let's all remember that. :)

  4. Thanks Amy, I am exactly the same. I am hoping mostly to get stronger. I used to consider myself strong. I could do push ups and pull ups and I was active...now I can barely do 5 girl push ups...I want to lose weight but mostly I want to be strong and active again. I want to have the energy that play with my girls and want to be outside doing things with them. There is a lot to take into consideration, it is really more about good health and active healthy bodies that we get to live with for the rest of our lives!! :)
